How compute moves

Providerthe landlordOwns the machines. Keeps running them.
Sellerthe tenantKeeps the contract. Stays responsible for it.
Silicon Liquidthe agentGets the permission. Papers both sides.
Buyerthe subtenantUses the machines for the months they need.

Almost every GPU contract bans resale. So we don’t move the contract — we add the buyer underneath it, with the provider’s written permission. Nothing is sold or signed over. It is subletting a flat: you stay on the lease, the landlord still fixes the boiler.
