| Data-centre direct: Bulk GPUs on a long contract, usually a year or more, signed straight with a partner data centre. We find the options and run the paperwork; you pay the data centre.Bulk, a year or more | The data centre's contract price, to the data centre. | An arranging fee of 3% of the contract value, written into the Addendum: Silicon Liquid's short add-on to the data centre's contract: our certificate starts it, our monitor measures uptime, and our fee is written in.. |
A few managed GPU pools, where we run the connection to the supplier for them, carry a rate agreed with that supplier. It never changes the price you see. Every fee on a trade is printed on its confirmation before anyone signs.
How paying works
- 1. Nothing is charged when you order or request. We confirm the GPUs with the supplier first.
- 2. The supplier invoices you for the price you saw, sometimes with a Deposit: The part of the price paid before delivery, to the supplier. You get it back if the GPUs are not delivered. before delivery. You pay them directly.
- 3. Your term starts at handover, once the servers pass our tests and you accept them (Acceptance: You confirm the GPUs you were handed pass the tests on the certificate. Your term, and what you pay for, start from it.). You do not pay for time before that.
- 4. The supplier pays our commission out of what they are paid. You never see a bill from us.
What happens if delivery fails, and how we check suppliers, is on Trust.
