Compute terms
Version 2026-10-14 · for orders placed on /gpus
Who you are dealing with
Silicon Liquid, Inc. arranges GPU capacity from its compute partners. When you order, we confirm capacity with a partner and follow your order through to delivery.
The compute itself is provided by the partner. The partner invoices you, you pay the partner directly, and the partner pays Silicon Liquid a commission. Silicon Liquid never holds your money.
The partner is named on its invoice to you.
Placing an order
An order is a request. It binds neither side until the partner has invoiced you and you have paid. We may decline an order, and we will tell you why.
Before the invoice, we confirm the price per GPU-hour with you. List prices are on the site; larger orders are quoted.
Price and billing
You pay as you go from a prepaid balance. The balance is drawn down per GPU-hour for every GPU allocated to you, whether or not it is busy.
There is no term. You can scale up, scale down or stop at any time. When your balance runs out, your GPUs may be paused until you top up.
Refunds of unused balance follow the partner's invoice terms. Ask us before you pay if this matters to you.
Delivery
Capacity is delivered as managed containers: one GPU per replica, behind an HTTPS endpoint with its own API key. There is no SSH, virtual machine, bare metal or root access, and no job larger than one GPU.
Placement across the partner's US and European data centers is automatic. The aim is to be live within 24 hours of your container (or the model you name) and your first top-up.
Local disk is wiped when a replica restarts. Keep your results and weights in your own storage.
The partner gives notice before any change to your allocation. There is no other service-level commitment unless agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
No sexual or adult content, nothing illegal, nothing that infringes someone else's rights or likeness, and no proof-of-work cryptocurrency mining.
Deployments or keys used that way are switched off.
Sanctions and export controls
You may not order for, or on behalf of, any person or country under US, UK, EU or UN sanctions, or for any use prohibited by export-control law.
Orders from some countries are reviewed before they go to the partner.
Your data
Your container and your data run on the partner's infrastructure. Silicon Liquid sees the details of your order, not your workload.
Never send credentials through the order form. If your image is private, the partner asks for pull-only access over a private channel.
Liability
The service is provided by the partner as described above. To the extent the law allows, Silicon Liquid's liability for an order is limited to the commission it received on that order.
